Blood splattered on the tile floor below her with screaming filling her head. She falls to the floor becoming corrupted by the darkness that surrounds her. She's dead.. Phone calls are made as she is rushed to a hospital to save the life she has already lost, they just don't know it yet..

Night turns into morning with birds chirping around. More phone calls are made just like the night before, this time bearing the terrible news to others. A phone drops with tears coming after. The sorrow of the news lead to more tears coming every second. A teacher depressingly moves up to the front of her unknowing class and clears her throat to speak.

“Class, I hate to be the barer of terrible news but your friend and classmate, Alila passed away last night from a long, treacherous battle..” The teacher resides back to her desk letting out more tears for the now dead student she taught all school year long.

“What?!” Yells out a student with his gut wrenching out in pain for the loss of his long time crush.

“I think she deserved it!!” Says a girl who has always disliked Alila. Gasps are heard around the room with the release of the statement.

“She never deserved anything this negative!” Screams out her “twin” that adored her strength. She bursts into tears, while finally letting everything she had held up in her heart out.

“I should have seen what was happening from the start…” Whispers another one of the friends of the now dead student. She closes her eyes as the teacher goes on with teaching as if nothing was told to them to bring them down.

The bell rings out signaling the time for them to go to their next class. All of the students depressingly leave the classroom on their way to alert all of the rest of the people who were close with the now deceased. Reactions are just the same as before, A lot of crying and hate. When the students make it to their next class, roll call is first. Hearing the name saddens the class.

“She’s dead!” Says the girl that dislikes her. She scoffs at the sadness that the people around her are feeling. Everyone is silent after that, doing as they were assigned to do.

Soon enough, the bell rings for lunch. When all of Alila’s friends can gather together and let all of their emotions free like they were meant to be. Sorrow takes its control over the lunch table making some feel a way that have not in lightyears. Some at the table ask themselves, “Why did she feel the need to commit suicide in the first place??

So many unanswered questions, so many damaged souls, all because one faithful soul decided to end their life because they felt as if they had absolutely nothing to live for. The betrayal people felt learning that someone this close to them committed suicide disrupts the usual mix of emotions putting it in a spiral downwards. Just in time to follow her path….

“She was gone so soon…” One speaks up with tears leaving his eyes violently. His voice cracks at the end of his statement. His head drops to his lap while the others do the same. Silence engulfs the table until the bell rings for their next class.

“Okay class, I’m sorry for the ever so tragic loss but you do still have to participate in academic based activities like class for instance. I’m sorry for your loss yet again!” Another teacher states to his depressed class. He gulps preparing for the long day that he will conquer in the end.

More of the day goes by leaving them even more depressed than they were before. Yet again, a guy that loved her but destroyed her so much leaving her thinking that self harm and suicide was the only answer to the situation, is feeling all of the sadness and depression in his own little way. He lets out more tears remembering their past together and how he wishes he could go back to change the situation completely so she would be happy. That's all he ever wanted for her.. Maybe her being happy takes more than just that little thing..

Shy glances are thrown his way as many people know they loved and still love each other greatly. Some people call the love they had “Skinny Love” for a short while until they started dating. The break up was the absolute WORST thing for Alila but hey, that's life? Right??

Depression fills the hallways as everyone heads to their next class in complete and utter silence. Once everyone gets to their correct class room, there is a faint feeling of sadness as if it's a cloud above everyone in the classroom. A cloud full of depression, sad memories, and unkown thoughts. The thoughts are unknown because even the person having them denys them and wishes they didn't have them but at the same time they wish they could come true....

“Fidgeting and disobeying leads to after school with me, Mr. Mind Somewhere Else!!” Says a teacher looking very rough towards a student who just lost their other half. He looks at his lap letting out a tear, choosing to nod agreeing to the after school with the teacher.

Another bell rings signaling his last class of this long and depressing day. His mind escapes to another world where him and Alila are both alive and happy together. He is calm for the rest of the day.

“Maybe skipping that after school thing will be a good idea for me.. Right??” He asks himself agreeing with his choice. When the last bell ring, he runs fast out of the school to his house since it's REALLY close to the school. He runs into his house and to his room to let EVERYTHING out that he had been holding in since he found out the girl he adored committed suicide. He gets up throwing everything that's his, breaking many things in the process. He cries screaming out for someone, something to save him..

“What have I done?!?!!” He yells falling to the ground crying his stone cold heart out. Loud cries leave the room causing worry to his mother who walks towards the door just as the crying stops. She busts in the room to find her son passed out with blood dripping down his wrists seconds at a time as if he was dead but is he truly?? All she does is fall to her knees, crying out to anything that is able to hear her. The colors around her fade into black and only that color.

Bright lights blind whoever looks as Alila wakes up from a long coma. She moves to look at all of the walls making the room for someone she loved at one point and still does. She screams out his name thinking the dream she had is the truth. A nurse runs in just as Alila grabs a needle that she finds beside her and pokes it into her skin causing darkness to fill her surroundings just as they did once before.. Blood draining for her wrists with screams heard around her.

Goodnight Alila…
